2. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your purchase and return the item within 14 days of delivery, even if you have changed your mind. How to exercise your cooling-off period:

  • Provide us with your order details, including the product(s) you wish to return and the reason for return (optional).

After notifying us, you will need to return the item(s) at your own cost, and we recommend using a trackable service for your return shipment. We will process your refund once the item has been received and inspected.

3. How to Return Your Item

To initiate a return:

4. Refund Process
