All Mandalier products are made to order.

We typically process orders within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

During busy periods, including holidays, promotional campaigns and new product launches, processing may take slightly longer.

5. Made-to-Order Products

Every Mandalier product is professionally printed especially for you after you place your order.

Your order is printed and shipped directly from our trusted European production partner. This lets us reduce unnecessary transportation, minimise waste, and deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together whenever possible. In some cases, products may arrive separately depending on the product type, production facility or availability.

6. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

Mandalier cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside our control.

7. Customs & Import Duties
