1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Malta & Gozo

  • EU (European Union)

  • USA

  • Oceania

  • Worldwide

2. Shipping Options & Costs

  • Shipping to Malta 🇲🇹

    All Malta orders follow our batch-processing system to ensure smooth, organised delivery:

    🕒 Order Processing
    Orders are processed in batches every Monday and Thursday at 6 PM.
    Orders placed before these times are included in that day’s batch.

    🚚 Express Production & Transit (EU → Malta)
    Once your batch is submitted, your items are printed and shipped express to Malta.
    This usually takes around 3 working days.

    📦 Local Delivery (MaltaPost)
    When your order arrives in Malta, it is handed to MaltaPost Registered Mail, which normally takes 1–3 working days.

    ⏳ Total Delivery Time
    Please allow up to 7 working days in total for your order to arrive.

    💶 Delivery Cost
    Delivery within Malta is €4.50
    (includes postage + handling + protective packaging)

    📬 Tracking
    Tracking becomes available once your parcel is handed to MaltaPost.


International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
If tracking details are not received within three business days, please get in touch with us at info@mandalier.com.


5. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
Mandalier cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.


6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes.
These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered," Mandalier is not liable for loss or theft.
Please get in touch with the carrier for assistance.
